TERMS OF SERVICE 2021

PAYMENT:

I only accept payment through PayPal and (occasionally) deviantArt points. DO NOT send payment BEFORE the final version of the artwork is sent! I will send a heavily watermarked version before the final product as a protection against theft. Tips are not mandatory but they are appreciated!

REFUNDS:

​

I will accept 100% refunds at any time. However if you ask for a refund after I have started shading the work 3 times, I will place you on a black list. I do not want to waste either of our time, so PLEASE be sure you want my artwork and have the sufficient payment!

CREDIT:

​

DO NOT EVER post my artwork without a proper credit. You may credit me as Phena Novak or Phoenix Illustrations. Supplying a link to my deviantArt or website is optional, but it is incredibly appreciated! Additionally, do not get rid of my artist signature on the artwork in any way.

TURN AROUND:

​

I send at least 3 work in progress (WIP) shots throughout the process. One for sketch, one for lines, and one for coloring. I may send more if I want you to see how it is coming along. It is your right to ask me for a WIP at any time. My turn around time is typically a few days/a week. I will keep you updated if it will be longer or shorter, depending on my schedule as a university student.

ADOPTS/DESIGNS:

After you buy the design or the adopt, they are yours. I do not care what you do with them. However, please do not heavily alter my designs without permission, do not sell them for more they are worth (unless you buy more art for them), and do not claim them as yours.

COMMERCIAL USE:

Do NOT use my work for self-profit. Do not use my work to advertise your intellectual, physical, or personal property. All of my art belongs to me, with the exception of characters, fanart, etc., that is drawn for other people.

​

FANART COMMISSIONS:

I do not take commissions for fanart of other intellectual properties. I do, however, do art of original characters.
